Medicine in the Philippines is a 5.5-year (1.5-year pre-medicine; 4 years proper-medicine) course. First, the student will earn a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree after which he/she will pursue the remaining 4 years for proper medicine, a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, which is equivalent to an MBBS in Nepal.

Admission Requirements

Candidate must have passed the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) conducted by the Medical Education Commission (MEC). Entrance Exam Result is valid till next year’s Common Entrance Exam.
Candidate must have a valid Passport.
+2 or equivalent examination passed with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology each.
